I bought 12 pounds of individually-wrapped ground turkey at Smith's for $30. I thought it was good price until I put it in the pan and found out it's 30% water. Fuckers.

So I called the store. Who wouldn't? The lady in the meat department said I could get a refund. Refund? You bastages put your finger on the scale in a most dishonest and illegal way, and you're willing to give me a refund? I feel privileged, really I do...

Did some very heavy trimming again tonight.

They were both straight up damp on the interior. The one on the right I cut less out of, the one on the left was just all sorts of bound up with branches every which way, so I made some sacrifices. I'd rather have less good bud than more crappy buds.
