Frank, is your brothers gas, wood, dual fuel?

Just gas…..his friend has the dual, and said it’s super hard to get and keep the higher temps….and recommended just doing gas.

All that being said….if you get a quality pizza stone, you can make excellent pizza in your home oven….

I used one of those rocbox ones for a minute too….they seem better quality to be honest….and are much better insulated….but are smaller
