I would assume the top is is round and the bottom is flat cuz thats how its baked

FYI i have had that burger and it was bomb but bun upside down like that it def absorbs a lot more butter before they toast it so bun was softer then usual!

That looks like a cheeseburger arepa. Which now means I gotta find somewhere that makes cheeseburger arepas
