Did my first smash burgers recently. They work really well for me, much better than the old way I did them. Have you tried doing them that way? Whatever. those patties are going to be enjoyed!

I could maybe do that with some of them dehydrated onion bits mickey d’s uses but not that much onion!

So i was pulling out the neighborhood to go pick up the parents but mom called to tell me to wait! Market is over at 9 and bar closes at 10 but there are so many people still she said even if there weren’t other vendors who would also be trying to pack up that there are so many customers it would be almost impossible so gotta wait til it clears out so i can go pack them up!
