better yet, maybe a 2nd floor might be in order. Count me in for the house raising party. With enough volunteer crew, we could do it in a week and you would be set for the next one.

'Fraid so.......we were doing okay with the storm flood watter..coping...then the river Segura burst it's banks and a dam was going to burst..................so they let it out................and we were between that..and the sea.... ........

Cabin was breached for 4-7 days........floors is fooked.....all the electrical junction boxes were under the floor...........all things like settees/beds/electricals/book case/floor standing cupboards....all soaked/sprung...all knackered.......

Most of me garden plants...and the poor chickens......all dead.........

So we are back to the house for the foreseeable future.............
