Grow Mediums Living/Super soil question

I’m really into learning and trying out some living/super soil. A great example would be Mendo Dope’s no till soil on YouTube. Just wondering has anyone tried this and if so-do I have to wait to use the soil. If so how long of a wait?

I understand the biological aspects of a living soil and find it very interesting. My ideal setup would be 3 gal autopots with living soil, lights on timer, soil provides all nutrients and autopots runs the watering. That would make things very easy. Just fill the res one a week or so.

Hey OldBoy. I haven’t checked it out before but there is a ton on info in there! For now I am just gonna mix a bad of Ocean Forest and bag of Frog soil. Let it cook for about 2 month and use it in my next run. I’ll add some worms after a month.

Anything is better than the plain bag of potting soil from Lowe’s.

Yeah the Organics Section should help you out pretty well.Usually Soil as well as Tea and maybe a top coating will feed you more completely throughout a cannabis grow with aggressive growth.Happy Harvesting

The only thing I see there is there is no need to mix a bag of ocean forest with happy frog and let it compost..It's already prepared right out of the bag..I can see if you were adding a few more additional amendments to that mix then moisten it and give it time to break down and do its thing..
