Lighting Looking for new light to replace 1000W HPS

If money was not a concern I would go with The commercial line of Chilledgrowlights. Take most of the heat out of the tent.

Yeah sorry guys, 2000$ is out of my budget. My bad, that's what you get with noobs. Was checking the Optic led 8+, is around 1200$.

The OPTIC 8 looks nice. No lie. But 500 watts for $1,200.. And they make a gpw claim on the website without linking to proof.

It has a good price right now. I'm thinking of getti 1-2 of these.

Looks awesome on paper & the bloom booster is a cool feature. It’s American made , if the warranty is good I’d take a chance on it . But I do like things simple so I can fix things myself, that’s why I like quantum boards .

I have 2 grows completed and my 3rd will end around the first week of June. Ignore my first grow, user error on the coco. My 2nd grow had 4 plants in auto pots. None got over 15" tall. I do a lot of opening up the ladies with LST, Low Stress Training. I was able to get 17 oz of those plants. My tent is 5 FT x 5 FT. My light is a 400 watt, it pulls 412 from the wall. I can not believe the resin that I am seeing on my ladies

If I had to do it all over again I would buy the ChilLED Tech grow light again. Not even a hesitation. I am not a DIY person. So for me a commercial light all ready to go out of the box is my only option.

I trust the people who are behind this product, Vitaly and Growmau5. I trust they know more than me. I trust that they really do have their customers best interest in mind when they launched this company. ChilLED is there when ever I need them. This company is all about putting the best product that they themselves use into the market place. You can not go wrong. To me this was the biggest factor in my choice. I trusted them, period.

It is a great light. I see they are now bringing out some "COB" type lights that is DYI. All I do know is this works fantastic for me.

Those are the biggest small plants i have ever seen!

Impressive how little space there is between colas in the end. The colas are stout and very dense and thick. Got a lot of bud in a small amount of space.
