Indoor Lots of BUD, but hardly any trich's

I have a grow of Think Diff, under 600 hps in soil under a pee net scrog.

I'm at week ten with plenty of bud and over 300 bud sites, the problem is they only went into bud 3 weeks ago and now at ten weeks they still havent started to trichrome up.

They are all fem, but a couple really seem to be behind the others. Some smell quite nice others hardly at all.

Is this because I'm on a strict budget and only using rose feed and tomato feed with some generic hanging basket feed + now mollasses?

I've been PHing and PPM metering and all seemed good. Now though they seem like I'm gonna get a crap strength of product.

Should I leave them longer to develop trichs?

I harvested most of my TD's at 85 days and one at 100 days, the extra two weeks made a huge difference on the ones growing on schedule, then the one that went into flower late ended up taking an extra month, everything ended up with mostly cloudy and probably 15% amber trichs.
