Damn those are some seriously thick bushes you have there! Biggest congratulations :clap::clap::clap:

That is really some skunky MASS right there! Such big plants must be hard to LST all the way, but it's clear that it pays off, because you have so many more bud heads which get fatter.

I like to think of it as a tiny woman which grows into a big bad one, a medusa with lots of snakes on the head lol well that's some influence speaking but you get my point...

Sielm, I totally hear what you are saying. That ASM exploded on me, In four days I bet she grew 10-12cm, and I thought that I had her tied down. I have stems that go up then down and then back up again, she just blew up! Lots of little flower tops on her too! I am thinking about doing some trimming on some of the lower bud sites. Leaf tucking is almost not an option because of the length of the stems at this point. Hey it's all an experiment. Loving the learning curve, that's what its all about, right????

I'm brand new to the forum, live in the middle of the US, and I am thinking Autoflowers are so very cool! I've only grown one other time, an unknown bagseed, and actually got an ok result. But I wanted Quality, and I ordered the 60 day wonder from Single Seed Centre........and here she is at 14 days old. Wow, she is growing fast! I am using foxfarm soil, so no nutes yet, only rainwater........I have her under a 400 watt HID and with the homemade cooltube I learned about on another forum, it stays about 80 degrees F. Should I start my lst? Also, a wee bit off topic, when should I start supplementing the nutes? I have the Fox Farm Trio. One reason my first grow was only ok was because I overnuted and could never get it right after that. I planned on maybe just going organic with worm compost, but I want to get the maximum from the plant. And I would start you LST now, Just gently bend her over, and then wait for her to popo back up! It'll be quick, esp with the HID. With my Auto Blueberry I spent alot of quality time at first, strapping down side branches and the main top, striving for Equality, once she got through the stretch it was fine!

Hey that's a great looking plant for that age! I would start LSTing her right now, maybe use a cord to secure the main stem first (that's what I usually do) and then another cord to bend the head as much as you can without harming her. And there you go! Multiple cola madness :drool:

Make sure you use a softer wider cord to anchor the main stem, like a shoe lace for example. If you use a thinner one, even if ok for the bends it will be bad for the anchor as the plant tends to produce a lot of strength in this zone. Mind the pic:

Something that I found worked really well for me was 1.5 or 2mm solid core electrical wire. It was thick enough not to cut into the stem, but strong enough to resist her strength of stretch. Also no knots, just bend and secure. There are some places that the Auto SKunk mass pull up the grid where I attached her. I'll put up some pics of them both tonight!

It's a good solution if you can use it :thumbs: Not a possibility with my grow though, because I'm using terracota pots with a lace around it for knotting the ropes. It's very tight and a copper wire wouldn't be practical. Also I need to disperse the tension in that area so I need at least two anchors. I'm going to put a third one down though.
