Lighting Mars hydro 300w for 1 plant?

Just wanted to know if anyone has pulled of a decent yield using this panel?
I'm planning on doing a chemdogging auto in a 80x80x160 tent (scrog) will 1 panel be plenty?

300w will be fine for one plant. For lower priced lights, the Mars product is probably the one I see most commented about in my daily research, so there should be quite few posts on the internet about them.
