Mars II - Bought brand new 2 lights broken?

I had an issue w my mars reflector and im sendin it out today.....mars has a repair site in Pittsburgh PA that you have to send ur light to if it isnt just sumthn small like a power supply prob

This is my panel on veg/bloom currently......
Now below is bloom setting.....alone

So they emailed me a prepaid postage file to my email to print and slap on this bad boy to ship it out free of charge......
They have a great customer service rep......
She is very friendly and helps u however she can.......

These lights are excellent sidelights or for a small grow of one plant.......
They are excellent lights reguardless but ya know

Im sure a bigger model would suffice for someone growing a few plants for themselves inside stealthly.......

Even tho i had a slight issue w my panel i told the company that i understand things happen and couldve happened in shipping or maybe just a lemon component or sumthn.......but i have absolutly no regrets about my purchase as they are quick to reply to any questions i had or concern and was just as quick to do sumthn about it as well.......
All in all i definately WILL be buying more panels from Mars Hydro.......Theyre very professional in every area in my opinion........
Besides that light did awesome when i first started it up and it created some pretty explosive growth for such a small amount of actual drawing power.........it ran super cool and quiet both.......
No reason to get any other panels really......
I have one big overhead panel that isnt a mars but only bc i had to buy it from a friend while this one is being shipped out for repair.......

Hi Merlin, thank you for this kindly review, I don't know who dealt with your problem, but I will give her a big star,
We will keep doing the good job. Right now we have a new repair centre in CO, will be more professional in fixing lights

I dont know who the lady was either but i dont think a person could be more professional or concerned ab customer satisfaction as this lady was but she was great.......
Its nice to know i selected a quality company to purchase from and the fact that this one lady made my expierience w Mars such a good one that i will be a repeat customer for sure as soon as im able to get another panel i intend to do so........
So if you happen to find out who helped me
Tell her thanks again and shes the reason why they will have me as a customer anytime i need any led panels.......

I recently got a Mars II 700 wattage and they were very good with customer care and delivery. Their privacy upon delivery was very good as well.

Yes indeed it works great. The Mars II line are a tad heavy but other than that they all are awesome lights. One of my friends has a reflector series model and it works great also.

Yea thats what i bought is a reflector.......
I loved it
Just waitin for it to get back to me
I just dropped it off this eve tho for shipment out to be repaired.... ..
So i cant wait already to get it back working and back inside my tent

I stuffed my 192x3 Reflector in my 32"x32"x60" tent! NO problem with light coverage!
