Ok I have a Mars 2 700 already so I know that the lights are good, now I am looking to get one of the 5x5x7 tents and another light, probably another 700 watt so I can just daisy it with my other one. Here is my question... What Mars 2 original would be best for a 5x5x7 and did Mars fix the shipping box issue because I cannot have anything that says HYDRO or anything like that on the box @MarshydroTina Thanks!

I've run a Mars II 1600W 5W unit for over a year and half plus in a Mars 5 x 5 x 7 tent. It's honesty perfect for that tent size. Personally, I would suggest multiple smaller panels versus the one large one, not only does that safe guard you a bit in case you have panel troubles, you'll have better light spread. I've honestly run into a few heat issues with my unit (another reason I'd suggest smaller ones, this unit is large, heavy, and puts out some heat!) but @MarshydroTina has been more than fair with giving me options to get it fixed even if you do decide to go with one big unit instead.

I recently received a 5 x 10 x 7 Mars Hydro tent, it was very discrete. Only had Mars Hydro on the label. The shipping company (I'll have to check, want to say this was UPS) however sloppily drug it across yard, letting the box RIP OPEN, pretty much showing what was inside. So I guess, maybe keep your local delivery drivers upper arm strength in mind too lol!

Hi Kakarot, You can run 4 Mars II 400 or 4 Mars II 700 in your 5x5 tent.
Don't worry about the shipping box, we know many customers want discreet shipment so we will be caution to our shipping box and let other know the thing in box is led grow light, what's more, we don't want to make ourself in trouble.

HI SoH. Sorry to heard that shipping company didn't take good care of your shipment. Think they have so many goods need to dispatch everyday, so they are might a little rude about the light.
Hope you everything is fine.

Oh everything was top notch Tina, the goods were all intact and fine. Nothing to do with Mars Hydro, everything to do with the carrier. That 5 x 10 tent was pretty heavy, to be fair. I just wish they would have knocked lol, I was literally 15 feet from the door when thought I heard something, opened it up and there's the tent. Oh well, no harm no foul! :vibe:

Glad to hear that.
BTW How about your plants?

That is what I thought if the tent is 5x5x7 and the 700 coverage is 3x3 and 400 coverage is 2.5x2.5 then that would be almost perfect with .5 of extra light coverage, am I right? Also I did not get a daisy chain with my 700 do you have to buy them separate or what? Thanks I can daisy a 700 and 400 right?@MarshydroTina

Yes, you are right.
Now we have no daisy with our light for the security reasons, if installed many lights in series, the power cord is easy to go wrong due to the overload.
