Your Alpha Lipoic Acid needs to be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
What I want you to Watch for is any Tingling in the fingers and toes that indicates the circulation returning..or a low voltage buzz anywhere.
For the first 4 days I was on ALA I had slight pain increase..but the most Restful sleep..after 4 days I started to Forget to take my pain meds..any nerve damage patients will tell you you don't forget your pain meds..:no:..after two weeks I was on no Heavy Duty pain-killers..

Because your PH is holding steady your body will be in a position to absorb them quickly.
Keep up with the Baking soda for a week..and we will see if you PH Ups a bit compared to BS only.
If it does..we will knock back on the BS doseage a bit.
