Gotta say a Lot of it is because of your Good Diet to start..Most long term sickies without the good dietary habits have a bit of PH yo-yoing before we can buffer it...but Feel the Good Effect almost immediately.

(That is what your cal/mag/potassium supplement is for..the Potassium is the Buffer..).

Well Done Bro..you May feel a bit off for about 4 days when you get the supplements or you may just soar.
