Haha, thanks lads! They are really crammed into the tent, I thought they would be a little bit bunched together but I never knew it was gonna be as tight as it is!! Next grow I think i'm gonna do 4 x 24 Carat in the same tent. They have less side branching and seem to form one main cola with just a few satellite buds around the sides. They should fare a little better.

Day 49

All's well in the NB tent. SC1 and SCB are quite far behind and are still bleaching at the top. Lights have gone up another 6 inch. I wish I could move the lights down to penetrate the dense canopy, as the colas on these two are really well shaded. Not sure what to do here, i've got my thinking cap on though.... I think I should have given them a bit more space, it's getting cramped in there... SC2 is motoring along quite nicely, No issues at all with her. Ferts are now: 2ml/l Sensi Bloom A & B, 2ml/l Calmag, 1m l/l Overdrive, Molasses.

Perhaps you could train them out a little bit, Or very selectively remove a few fans if they are shading other sites?
Maybe someone else using your lights could suggest a safe height?

Cheers for the advice Mitch, I've taken a few fans off the SCB, i'll take some more off in a couple of days so I don't stress her out too much. She smells beautiful!

The leaves you don't cut off, you could try to tuck them away where they will expose the lower/side buds more. TaNg's Thang
I know it's easier said than done!
Also despite the problems in overcrowded tent you got, I have to say there is something very calming about looking at pictures of that bush hehe :drool:

Hahaha! I really love my bushes, however... I've had to defoliate these ladies to a certain degree. Not sure how they have responded to it yet as i've been doing it over the past few days. I'll have a look at them tomorrow at some point and probably do a full update (with hardcore budporn pics of course, if I do) so we will see if they suffered.

I've been tucking since they started stretching/flowering LP, in my small space I need to do this on every grow I do! I thought i'd try 3 plants this time but I should have just gone for 2 of either strain, so like either 2x SCB or 2x SC. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I'm thinking of doing a 4x 24 Carat in the same tent (60x60x150) for my next grow as they seem to be pretty stable in the short-stubby-fat-single-cola-phenotype with small satellite buds and just what i'm after for my mini-sog style project.

Day 53

Progress is being made in the NB tent!

Lets start with SC1. She's fine! Looks good, smells good, she's lush and healthy... What more can a man ask for? Did a bit of defoliating on her, not a lot, just a bit. She's still bleaching, but my lights can go no further up now, so she's just gonna have to get sunburnt. Say cheese:

Moving on to SC2 now, she's furthest on out of the three. She smells very strong indeed. I took a few fan leaves off her but not many as she didn't really need it. No issues to report apart from very slight bleaching at the top of the main cola. Here she is:

Now for the SCB. She's gonna be very dense and frosty methinks! She also smells very very strong, it's a pine and pineapple combo with hints of coffee and chocolate. Yum. I've got a feeling she'll go longer than the others... I've really gone to town on the defoliating on her, as the light just wasn't getting through the canopy. She took it on the chin no problem whatsoever. Hard as nails she is! Have a gander:

I'm still feeding them as follows: 2.4ml/l Sensi Bloom A & B, 1.2ml/l Overdrive, 2.4ml/l Calmag. Molasses every other feed.
SC2 is drinking more than the others, she gulps it down fast!! I think i'll start cleansing her in a few days, the others can be fed a little longer. I'll play it by ear.
