My girls are 4 days old and doing great. All 4 of them. My biggest and strog-
gest girl has what looks like a seed shell stuck to one of her leaves. Should I help her out and get it off or let it fall off on it's own?? I'm also using the double cup system. Anyone know when I'm supposed to put them in the bigger containers?
Thanks in advance guys!

Hello and welcome. I am sure someone with more experience will come along but if you can gently try and remove it, the shell, maybe mist lightly to knock it off. Autos don't take kindly to transplanting so the sooner you get them into their grow pots the better. These plants have a short veg period and any disruption will effect growth and there is little time to recover. Three things to remember, don't over water, don't have your light too close (hold your hand under the light at the top of the plant, if hot on your hand, too close), have fun. Good luck and good karma.

 When I have a husk stuck, I take 2 toothpicks and kind of pick it off, works
everytime. I wouldn't wait to transplant much longer than 2 weeks, the quicker
the better unless they are in 32oz or larger containers.

Like Nick said, the quicker the better on the transplant. I always transplant mine before I see any signs of roots coming through the bottom of my pot. That way the soil around the roots are disturbed as little as possible. As for the seed husk, if you choose to pick it off, spray it down with some water first and allow it to soften up. It will come off easier than if it is dried. I normally don't fool with them and they come off on their own but it is your choice.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my ??'s. I apreciate it.
