Ahh dude I hope you don't chop such a beautiful plant too early. She looks like she has more time on her. I'm with SBH too man, I've been eyeballing the blue mammoth threads and this solidifies it's spot on my attitude wish list. Can't go wrong with so many tried and true results. Can't wait to hear a smoke report.
What are you basing your time to chop on? Actual grow length or something the plant is showing? Just curious man.

Those are some tasty looking blue mammoths ya got going there!!! Two out of my three I have going right now are going crazy with the purple!!! Man those things look delicious!!!
I'm moStly going on time length. She's a week overdue from the breeders time. I just don't want her to go too long. Any suggestions would be great. If 10 more days will make all the difference then I'll wait! Most of the trichs are cloudy and she isn't throwing many new pistils. The larger bud leaves are yellowing but she's pretty green under those. I had a plant I went way too long on previously and her potency dropped noticeably so I don't want to repeat that again.

If anyone has any advice on when to chop that would be awesome. I know everyone says the leaves tell you, but I just don't want to get it wrong.
I also wanted to post on 2 other girls of mine. The first is royal queen's northern lights. She was given to me after being germinated so I don't know her age. I have really worked on her lst and I think she's gonna produce something special. I was able to produce 4 main colas and a ton of smaller ones. I'm really getting very excited for her.
I also wanted to introduce my MI5! (Thank you stitch!)
She is 6 days from seed in 25/75 advanced no. 4 and coco and on general organics go box regimen. I planted her off to the side of the pot to help keep her centered during the LST. And sorry for the low quality pics.
Enjoy guys! And any advice welcome.
Oh yeah, I also made some Christmas cookies for a few patient friends of mine. Snickerweedles! The batch had 1 gram of BHO and 1 gram of keif into 10 cookies. Yowza!

Depends how you want your bud if your chasing the Amber then another 10days to 2weeks Theres plenty of green on the small leaves and yeild will be slightly better if you do leave it longer.. I was worried about one of my girls (fast bud) didnt know when to take it as had a few probs as i was moving house anyways i left it yellowing up the bottom fans were just falling of BUT there was plenty of green in the small leaves when they yellowed i chopped her down and i noticed a good 20% more weight in the buds and smell incresed the extra time too.. Its all personal preferance if you just wana treat yourself for christmas the take a sample or take it all good luck and Merry Christmas
