Hmm.. Good question. You probably mean that when it starts to flower, you'll be wanting to switch back up, to like 18/6 or 20/4, right? But you are worried that it might stop flowering again? From what I understand, photos will revert back to veg, but I'm not sure if an auto that had to be forced into flower will act the same way.
I'd wait for an educated answer before you do, though. Too much messing around might make her hermie.

Well looked in on her today and kind of stuck in limbo. Looks to me like her last set of leaves are in. Guess I can just wait till the auto bomb starts to flower then drop the lights. I really don't know what else to do on this damn grow. I still have two more of these fkn seeds. I know everybody else has enjoyed there cream Carmel auto but mine is pissing me off. It has shown sex and that's all. 47 or 48 days old today. If ya have any tips or ideas please fire away.

It might just be Light Sensitive and need a small coaxing. That wouldn't bother your other auto either. Might even do her good? I forget what light schedule your using right now, sorry. You could try cutting it back gradually over a few days, maybe. Say you're on 24/0 right now, change it to 20/4. Wait two or three days and if she still isn't kicking in go to 19/5 or 18/6... Just an idea.

Sounds like a good idea Noods. I'm currently running 18/6 but would have no problem dropping it to 17/7 or even 16/8.

Well added a hour to her time on the darkside. She has toped out at 40 cm. The color is imposible to describe and the pics don't do her justice. When she finally takes off and flowers it will so be worth it. Does anyone have a link to sweet seeds website? I can't find much at all. Well anyways here are some fresh pics. Oh and the stocking tied around the grow bag is to put a little pressure to stop the water from just pouring around the sides and out the bottom.
