Here's my set-up: Virtual Sun 36x36x78 tent, GH Ecogrower and VS 400 Watt HPS Light w/digital ballast. I just transferred the seedlings into the ecogrower. I am growing three auto bubblelicious feminised, two auto whiteberry feminised, and one auto feminised wappa. I added a large airstone. I have the light and drip system on timers. No real reason for my selections! I was just overcome by the selection of strains! I love reading the forums and have learned a lot! Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

What kind of nutrients, water source, and light-cooling system are you using? Fellow tent grower, know some stuff about hydro, curious what the rest of your setup looks like. Do you have an air filtration system to keep the smell down, one of those strains is bound to be stinky!

Looking good man, it was only 35 years since my last grow! The only suggestion I have at the moment would be to start a journal over in the new growers forum. Folks can follow along and we'll be sure to keep an eye on things with you.

I have the tent in my basement and have not invested in any ventilation system as of yet. I do have a fan on the floor blowing upward and have the door on the tent opened to keep the heat down. How far should the light fixture be from the plants? Is build up heat from the light going to be an issue? As far as nutrients I am using General Hydroponics products that came with the Ecogrower.

Welcome bruv, looks like you are off to a good start. For the sake of a fiver, I would invest in a smoke alarm too. Don't want blues n two's bustin ya for the sake of some dodgy electrics. No offence intended. But you never know.
