well outta the 6 i planted only 2 have survived and there both the mix. its so upsetting to see my efforts go down the drain. the karma i was talking about earlier never recovered...they all wilted and died. the 2 that are surviving will be 1 week on Thursday from pop.

i have been super busy in putting up a fence and canning salsa and pickles.

In this picture the lite is way to far away should be 12 to 18 inches at the most, and what bulbs are you running?

is that one of those halogen numbers? go get some CFL's from home depot.


These are rated 150 but there 65 in real life and, 12 bucks a piece.
Edit : these are 2700K

You can be very creative with cfl and those y fixtures. Do you know about Kelvins? Look for 2700k and 6500k that will give you a mixed spectrum. Buy a bunch of y's under a buck and create your own cfl grow chandelier.

yes. last time i tried that at home depot i got told i was wrong and needed the plant lights instead. :no:

ive been trying to do my own grow and let wife do photos but she has to be right there telling me how to do it.....ummm hellllllllooooo whos the one on the net daily looking at how to grow and what equip. is best. :Stones slap:
