Indoor My first real grow. Nirvanas' auto fem northern lights.

Well yeah, I suppose they are both arachnids but they live completey seperately.

This is a Ladybird (in the US they're called Ladybugs)

(The red one btw)

Outsides fine while the weathers good but your more in control of what has access to your plant if they're locked away in a grow room.

I shouldn't worry about the other being a bit smaller, it's up to you really but I would think encouraging it to turn and reach for the light would help its growth to slightly perk up.

So both plants are LST. Also, both are showing sex, female. So that's good.

Hoping the LST works since I started so late. All of my leaves are so dense. I can't imagine any light getting deep no matter what type I used.

They still aren't smelling yet, which is good since I haven't finished venting it into my chimney.

Also they have and will stay inside. No need to cause problems

nice grow m8 - sub'd

could I ask what nutes you are/planning to use?

Ok it's been awhile. So all of the lower fan leaves on both plants turned yellow almost overnight. I guessed nitrogen or lack there of was the cause. I uped the nutes and watered it. It looked much better the next day. I'll confess I used wire to LST the plants at first but finally switched over to green gardening twine. I also trimmed off some fan leaves that were blocking bud sites.

Here are pics from last night. Day 36.

This is the guide I am using. Right now I am using the fish emulsion for the veg nutes, I think it calls for miracle grow quick start for the bloom nutes.

nice - good to see you havent been taken in by the expensive nutes (I am guilty of course)... I found some excellent nutes which the Northern Lights loved - was from a normal garden center NPK 20,20,20 cost £3 and am using the "agito" method.

:pop: She's looking good! These Northern Lights really seem to like the LST and fan leaf tucking. I'm doing my best to not clip any though, as I have read that they really only block 20% max light. The rest just goes right through them. Best to just tuck them away to let the growth get past them.

I have two of these growing right now....about 4 days old. One is a tall fast grower....the other is shorter and slower. Two completely diff phenos I think.
