Well yeah, I suppose they are both arachnids but they live completey seperately.
This is a Ladybird (in the US they're called Ladybugs)

Outsides fine while the weathers good but your more in control of what has access to your plant if they're locked away in a grow room.
I shouldn't worry about the other being a bit smaller, it's up to you really but I would think encouraging it to turn and reach for the light would help its growth to slightly perk up.

She's looking good! These Northern Lights really seem to like the LST and fan leaf tucking. I'm doing my best to not clip any though, as I have read that they really only block 20% max light. The rest just goes right through them. Best to just tuck them away to let the growth get past them.
