The female is growing wonderfully. I believe the mix I was using is too heavy for seedlings. I culled a male and started a fifth one in a much lighter seed-starting mix and it's doing much better than the other ones were at the same age.
My fourth seedling is a strange one; it didn't appear to have cotyledon leaves and is putting out very strange rounded leaves without tips. I'm letting it be to see what happens and if it evens out with a little more age. The tipless gene (if it is genetic, and not just a stressed seedling) could be a good thing for growing in plain sight. :hot:
