That is some very sad news indeed, though weed is not worth a place to live. But definetly be on the look out for a new "friendlier" place like others said and walk away.

Being a landlord and from a non medical state, I have thoughts and questions. Are you legal to grow for yourself? Do you have a lease and if so are you in violation of any part of it by growing? If no lease then most states say 30 to 60 days written notice, with a lease notice could be shorter but it takes time after that. A verbal notice is not good enough. Telling a tenant to leave and making them leave are two different things. I just got rid of some bad tenants and it took about two months from first notice to final eviction. If you are legal then make him do the process and finish your grow.

I agree with Beggy. It has to done properly. That's why they make you sign all that shit in the beginning. But you should not be discriminated against if your grow is legal. But the owner does have to right to make your leave unfortunately. He is just a small minded person. Tell him your growing it to cure a patients cancer. Lol make him feel like shit. And if possible rent a house and not an apartment. Houses are easier to hide your grow. Also landlords for homes normally only come aroun once a year to make sure everything is in workin order. They don't snoop like apartment landlords. That's my experience. Good luck brother. Make is ass do it right though.
