Sub-tip 1. Get a 25 micron pressing screen...after you scrape your sludge, throw that onto pressing screen...now fold a towel around pressing screen and give a good, steady pressure on both sides. Your hash will have formed into a lump...
Let the lump dry 12 hours or so on cardboard (a desklamp, CFL, something placed above can speed this up a bit) and then powder it down and let dry 24 hours...lose less to the cardboard gods that way.
From there you can either leave it as sandy little chunks, or work it by hand into a nice piece of what will resemble Afghani-style "black" hash...
I also toss anything over 110 micron into cooking...the 73 and 45 bags are where the heady shit is with most strains...![]()
