Hey again guys!
Before I joined you, and was going through my prep before starting my little auto I had a kind of pre-grow that I think would be a nice introduction story, and give me an opportunity to ask some very basic questions to make sure that I'm picking up the lessons I'm learning
There's a small backstory to this, as there's a decriminalization/legalization group I read about in the UK that call themselves "Feed the Birds", and their main point is that hemp is nutritious and birds love eating it, so why not throw down some hemp seeds as feed, and if by any chance that seed isn't eaten... oh well

Basically it's a relaxed fuck you to anyone who thinks hemp and cannabis is wrong
This spring/summer I bought some hemp seeds from a local health food shop and joined in, scattering a few seeds in grass verges, planting pots etc. occasionally when I was walking round, but just to see if it would work I threw a few seeds in some spare plant pot and potting soil (The soil is actually the same as I have my
current auto in now) I had as a control group, and started them on the window sill, and later into one of these plastic greenhouses:

(The weather isn't usually this good, at all!)
As you can see, there's a huge lanky monster in there, but remember that these are just Ruderalis I guess, not our favourite flower!

The beast is almost as big as I am! Very few branches and leaves though, it just kind of grew up like a beanstalk!, but there's actually 3 plants in that (tiny) pot, I suppose the huge one which was planted about a week before the others took all the root space and stunted the others?
For the most part all 3 plants look healthy, except for the lower leaves which are yellowing and dying which I guess it just Nitrogen deficiency?
And finally, the big one is the only one that's sexed as far as I can tell, and I'd be stupid to not realise it's clearly a male right?
So yeah, there's potentially a few of these knocking about the area that are undiscovered, so if anyone is doing an outside grow near me... I'm sorry if I ruined anything for you with stray pollen this year...
Take care!
