my nutrient project

So what Im not understanding about this entire process is how do you know the strength of the fertilizers you are making? It sounds like different results can be the outcome depending on what materials you use and the fermentation process. Also would yeast speed this process so you dont have to wait as long until your fertilizer is ready?

Im asking this because I make my own nutrients but they arent organic, I do this because I have ultimate control over my garden, I can adjust the level of every nutrient in my mix. For example heres what Im feeding my plants now. Do you know what levels your feeding your plants?

I am still using up the last of my chemical nutes on my current grow. I won't be 100% organic until next month.

I'm sure there will be a lot of trial and error until I learn what my plants like. Once I figure it out its a simple matter of repetition in making the nutrients.
I have heard of using yeast. https://www.autoflower.org/f89/raise-your-own-bacteria-30387-2.html

I would like to eventually test the organic nutrients and find out what the exact levels are..

Bloom Booster

I picked up some bananas, pineapple, and carrots today. I put them all in the food processor (2lbs total) with 2lbs brown sugar. I'll be fermenting for about 10 days and trying it as a bloom booster. I'm hoping the pineapple will also work as a flavor enhancer or sweetener.

I'll be making several different batches with different ingredients to see what works best. In the spring/summer ill also add flower blooms.

In Gils Blogs he could Most likely answer the Nutirent Values ...
I believe in Forum talks A Guy Patrick is a coworker or assisitant or friend but he answers quite frequently..

I wasn't going to use pineapple because I saw that he said to avoid citrus but in the sentence before that he says pineapple will work. I was confused but as I said, I'm hoping the pineapple with also act as a flavor booster.

If I'm wrong its not a big deal because ill just not use pineapple next time. I have a feeling I'll be changing up the recipes quite a bit until I find what works best.

Here is my milk + ricewash mixture after only 3 days. Since I grow mushrooms I have the perfect environment for these recipes. I'll give it another 3 - 4 days then strain. I should end up with approx 1.5L and mix with 1.5 kilo brown sugar.

Thanks for the rep. I was very surprised when I check the lacto and saw curds already but I guess I just did everything correctly. It helps that it's a fairly simple and easy to understand recipe lol.
I'll look up finger limes.

I check I.to it and pineapple technically is not a citrus. It is however very acidic. It might not have been the best ingredient but hopefully it will work as planned.
