My plant looks unhealthy Help please

Hi can anyone help me out here I think she is really unhealthy . Might have over watered her . She is in plagron grow mix and under 400w hps in a tent.

Thanks for the reply namvet . She is still pretty damp will wait till she drys out, was thinking of transfering her once dried out ?

I find it hard to focus on the plant with a classic 1210 in the background ! But I agree with the first response

put her on a heatmat or something warm under the light and she soon pick up Kudo

Wish i still had my 1210's but i sold them some time ago. Got a pair of numark tt1650's in the loft that i'm tempted to get out. I still have some vinly laying around.

Ive 2 sets of technics , i dusted thm off today for a wee mix must upload it nice oldskool house grooves

Plant is still looking a bit unhealthy how long can it take for the plant to recover from over watering ?
