What are these critters? Sorry about the quality of the pic. They are stuck to the sticky paper and I zoomed in using my phone cam.

I have some signs of bugs on plants. see second picture. I am using optic foliar and neem oil quite a bit too but maybe not enough because I'm trapping bugs still and I think they are eating my leaves. Would like to know what these are.

They only hurt roots 8n larval stages. Are there any eggs on the underside of the leves anu where?

I haven't checked a lot of leaves yet. I did pick a couple leaves that had yellow blotches on top which I assume is where bugs are eating and looked underneath them and I did not see any eggs. But I should look more closely.

You could try sticking a potato wedge in the soil for a few hours. The larvae, if badly infested will attach to it.
If you only see a couple you are okay. Make sure you let the pots dry out well before watering. Fungus gnats most likely appear from overwatering. Get some, food grade diatomaceous earth and layer the top of soil with it. You need to attack the adults with those yellow stickies, then the DE will shred the rest as they try to surface. Keep it up for 2 weeks, you'll be good

I'm using coco in autopots. So gravity fed watering/feed. Which means the top part of the pot is dry which is good. And autopots don't allow over watering basically. So hopefully I dont have a larvae problem in the roots.

I made up a new batch of optic foliar and added in neem oil and sprayed a lot on the veg/seedling plants. And the ones that are flowering I just sprayed the bottom of the plant and the top surface of the pots.

Also focused my fans on the pots instead of the kolas/buds.

I'll stick a potato in the coco in the pots too and see if any larvae show up.

I gotcha. I would still get the DE for layering the top. If you have adults you have larvae.
