well, okay,.. but you really should get a good soil pH probe for in-pot testing, if you can (Accurate 8, by Control Wizard).. this info is critical to determining what the best course of action is,... flushing and light nute's is a craps-shoot here,...might work, or might make matters worse,... we'll see now!

Yup yup! One of the hardest things to do growing cannabis is to know when to back off and let the plants do their thing....we can get caught up in the process and start reading problems into our garden that arn't really there... seems like every grow is like your first child, we dote, pick, clean and nudge our babies thru...with children, the over protective usually goes away after child 2, and by child 4 it's `if there ain't blood, or a bone sticking out everything is fine"... doesn't seem to work the same way for growing...even after years of harvests we wanna run in and pick up little Johny when he skins his knee.

Sorry to bother you but when should you change to bud nutes should I wait for 3 weeks into bud then change from grow big to Tiger bloom.?

Up to you mate, imo and the way i grow, i start with the flower nutes about a week after the preflower begins. on average around days 17-19.

This keeps my entire grow within a 70 to 77 day window.
2-3 weeks grow/veg = 14-21 days
8 weeks of flower = 56 days

Perfect autoflower recipe for myself, and my grow environment but may differ for others!

I have noticed some bud rot I have been cutting it off and going through the buds of all autos thoroughly, Is it better to cut down now ?or just cut off the top buds and let the rest of the plant swell ?
