Need help with bug id

Anyone have an id on this little bugger? Not really a problem and never see them flying around the tent but every few days i find one doing the back stroke in my water buckets

as its just around the water bucket,could it be like a fruit fly but a water fly ?

Bigger then a fruit fly and way smaller than a house fly lol
