Harvest & Curing need to cure a HP without jars

hey guys I dont have jars or containers unfortunately and im low on time and money and need to start curing tonight. I have some thick ziplock bags, can I cure with these? any extra steps? should I 'burp' less often or more often? thanks

Try and find something made from paper. I use paper bags..

Ziplocks are a bad idea.. mold..

Zip locks will work in a pinch. Daily venting should be fine. Any kind of Rubbermaid or Zip Lock container will also work.

I only speak from personal experience and using plastic will work but mold can form if not careful. I have NEVER lost bud from using paper.. just my 2 pennies..

@Elvis I think you are confusing drying with curing.

Paper bags will make your buds too dry if you use them for curing. You want something completely air tight for a proper cure. The point of curing is to let the moisture in the buds out then back in.. If that makes sense. A paper bag will help dry your buds but you will not be able to maintain a proper humidity and they will eventually overdry

yes thanks evol. I only use the bags for drying not curing..

I miss read the OP. I have left bud in a bag before because i forgot about it and its crazy dry and kinda turns to powder.
