New auto grower. Planted seeds in final pot. Definitely overwatered. Ive adjusted to less is more. Question is will they recover? When should I add nutes? how much should I add? Ive searched through here and get a bunch of answers. Id like to keep it as simple as possible. I'll be using the Fox Farm Trio. Any other advice is welcomed.

Environment:
Fox Farm Happy Frog only.
PH water 6.5
3x3
SF1000 at 60% at 27 inches as per their guide
Ethos genetics
78° during day. drops about 5° at night
RH 60%

The seedlings look OK. What is your main concern? They are too light-green?
You could give them a quarter dose or even lower of nutes. They will not need much, maybe a tablespoon each of the nutrient solution.
Then let them go for a couple of weeks. They will be slow to grow at first, mainly sending roots into the soil.

Yes that is my main concern. They will be 2 weeks on tuesday. 1 is obviously bigger than the other 2.
