Unfortunatelly there will be no free seeds from DP.
I bet they are banking on GN running out and everybody flocking to them so they can then capitalize on any shortage of supply but i bet GN has made more than enough units so I hope it backfires on them for being greedy.

The DP site is offering free shipping and I paid £11+ extra to GN for the p&p, so I guess at full price and current exchange rate it's near enough the same price on either site. (Gasp)

Allot of people around the world will have no clue GN exhists that go to dutch passion so that is where and who they will be targeting the light too IMOI bet they are banking on GN running out and everybody flocking to them so they can then capitalize on any shortage of supply but i bet GN has made more than enough units so I hope it backfires on them for being greedy.

Dutch Passion has always been a favorite of mine, they are a great company.
They also produced the first fem seeds and have been a long time producer of great strains and some of the highest ever yielding autos.
Dutch passion did give out a voucher for £100 of seeds with the High Lite 006 which GN did not, so we shouldn't be too hard on them.
Maybe the profit margin has be cut dramatically due to the price increase of the SH1 manufacturing, it is wholly possible that if they were to do the same offer they may make a loss.
Dutch Passion do free delivery and GN charge so the SH1 cost almost exactly the same price, so If you live in the UK go to GN and if your in Europe get em from DP { GN still make money if you get en from DP after all}.
Hopefully if the SH1 sells well then GN maybe able to broker a better deal with their suppliers and reduce the price of the unit or third parties may offer other incentives such as free seeds.
Right now the best thing is getting a light that is better than any other LED grow light in the world, whilst the rest of the world is still totally oblivious to its existence, that's surely something to feel a little smug about.
Where ever you buy your HS1 just be sure to show your grow using it because I can't wait to come and have a look.

I have not ordered it yet, too many questions remain unanswered for my taste. We'll drop them a message on there live support there more than happy to help you solve any question . Yes it is an investment but I know gn spent a lot of cash doing this and a lot of time to get it rite .
