Lighting new GN Units

I don't know how they can stay in business and be out of product for this long. I've never heard of a company running out of product for months. I keep scratching my head. Peace

Sorry guys I got an update yesterday from Jeremy on the live chat but didn't get chance to post on here....

"I'm really sorry to have to tell this but we have had another slight set back with the unit which will delay release for another few weeks. We were a few days away from launch but we found a problem with the outer casing during final quality test and inspection so they have to be returned to the fabricator. We hate to delay launch again but we won't release a product that's not up to the quality customers expect from Grownorthern. I totally understand if your disappointed and we can only apologize for that but I assure you when we do release the unit it will be one of the most cutting edge and efficient grow lights on the market"

I know this will piss a few people off but please don't flame out and cause a row,if you have a something bad to say please go directly to GN.

It is what it is, lets face it the ones losing are GN so long as they are as good as mentioned then all will be forgiven.

If they're delaying sales because they want a better product, it's absolutely forgivable. Frustrating, but a sign of a good company

Perfection is a long painful road.Just makes me want a unit more than ever!

Normally I would agree but, HOW long have they been promising this? I have no doubt that their intentions are good, but their execution of their plan seems to be very poorly though out, hanging the future of their company on a single, experimental product thats been plagued with setbacks since the day it was announced, when they had an excellent product they could have continued to sell is very poor business sense IMO.

I'm not trying to knock them, just raising a legitimate question about their approach to this. This to me is a prime example of not applying the 6 Ps: Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.....
