New growth leaf ripping? Help

This is my first grow
Im growing in nft the babies are now on the table and doing better got over my first newbie issues, ph, light height and watering/feeding too much!

Nft multic duct feeding 15 mins on then 1 hour off for the meantime, also feeding with Aqua vega at 1/4 strength
2x 600w hps
6 inch extraction
5 inch intake
Temps are between 27-30 Celcius
Lights out 18-21
Rh is 25-40 but i have just got a humidifier to make this more constant

They've grew so much in the past 3 days

So like title says I'm abit worried that something is wrong, I've looked everywhere and not getting a uniform response.

Ive got a hole on 3 of my plants and on one of those plants leaf is totally ripped but I havnt dropped anything on it and I can't see anything in terms of bugs on or under the leafs

Appreciate any help cheers

If there are no insects and your sure you did not cause the damage it could just be a little self made clitch in the plant that I don't believe is any thing to worry about and most likely will not continue with the new growth.

Read on 1 or 2 posts that it could be square by rapid growth? But thanks for the help! This forum is great for help!

...like Nammy said, it's physical damage only, no worries! ... A little scarring or nick when younger messes with the even expansion of the leaf as it grows out, causing distortions, even tearing on occasion,...
