Welcome!!Hi just want to introduce myself.I am new to indoor growing.I have many years of outdoor old school gorilla grow experience mostly bag seed and random strains my buddies gave me the seeds for. After surfing threw the AFN forums I am deeply humbled by the knowledge your members poses.Im very exited to finally be a member and looking forward to gaining as much info as I can about growing auto flowers as possible.I just started my second indoor grow.My set up is a 4by4 tent six inch exhaust fan with a carbon filter three galaxy hydro 300 watt 9 spectrum led lights that draw 125 watts each.I have six five gallon smart pots with a soil mix of 45% coast of Maine potting soil 35% Coast of Maine Quoddy blend lobster compost 15% perlite and 5% worm castings.I have three Crop King Train wreck fem autos and three crop king white widow fem autos in five gallon smart pots.I inoculated the soil with Root Life microbes and have been watering with spring water 70 ppm and ph of 7 witch i have been adjusting down to 6.6 with ph down.I planted directly into the five gallon pots after germination and my seeds broke the soil 9 days ago.right now I have two galaxy hydro three hundred watt lights on them raised to 28 inches above the seedlings.they seam to be growing pretty good just getting there third set of real leaves but they are looking a bit pale a slightly yellowish green. My last grow they were much greener at this point. If anyone has any suggestions on how I could get something organic to top dress or ad to water to give them a bit more nitrogen i would greatly appreciate it.Thanks all looking forward to chatting and learning from anyone willing to give me any advise. Thanks Fishercat13
description sounds similar to the pics I posted...funny they are about the same age. Can we have pics?hey bud! Pop into Introductions for some meet & greet!
...I need pics to evaluate,... could be that the soil is a little hot for them, auto's don't want rich soil to start in generally,... a good trick to do is to make about a qt. size pocket in the center filled with a milder seedling soil, and sow right into that,....
hi and welcome
9 days is a lil early to show signs of lack of N could be overwatering, easy done im guilty to many times.but then again i know nothing about organic, hopefully someone with a bit of know how will be along shortly.

Thanks danksyle j I am very happy to be here.Welcome to afn ,keep at it ,there is a lot of helpful growers as you can see ,great vibes here .
thanks for your responce i am using the accurate 8 for soil and an echo ph2 for water I know its a cheap pen but it calibrates to the tenth seems right on so far.I will just wait a bit and see what happens. Thanks again Fishercat13Welcome to AFN, @Fishercat13!
Reps for such a detailed intro.
I agree with Archie, 9 days is too soon to be seeing any kind of depletion in your soil, and over watering can look like that.
What are you using to test your pH with? Some soils don't buffer well, and even pH corrected water may not address a lock-out issue.
If you don't have a way to directly test the soil, consider getting a probe meter like the accurate 8.
I'm looking forward to seeing your grow!![]()
