I switched lights to cobshop cobs and I am very happy I listened to he members on this forum.
Before the tent was running hot that stupid bestva light heated the tent to 82-87F mostly in the high 80s. I had to open tent to vent it because the plants where getting heat stress. Look at the temp now with tent fully closed !

The cob lights are doing its job way too well that my sweet tooth got burnt to a crisp. The girl was doing great until the light switched. I turned off one light and so far she is doing much better ! She is pretty bare now because of the heat stressed leaves but the buds still look like they are developing.
