I've got the version2 template created; I'll work on the changes here in a bit. Everything suggested is doable, I think I just need to pound my fists on the keyboard a few times on a few select screens and we'll be in business!

I agree with @Boradan about the thread titles. I’m fin with the rest of it, though. It looks very clean.

Looks much better. Now the text shadow on the Thread Title
The thread tools seem difficult to see too.

Let me fiddle with it a bit more this afternoon. Try a few variations maybe and see how you guys feel about 'em. Nothing saying we can't come up with some light/dark contrast versions either.

Yeah I'm going to play with the color palette a bit and make it less vomity (that was the comment from one of our staff members, you guys are tame man.) The more feedback I get on particular eyesores the easier it is for me to try to make the changes, so keep bringing that feedback! And suggested changes!
