New Visual Style for the Forum!

The brightness doesn't bother me, overall kind of like the style. Just one observation regarding the "mark forums read", "watch thread", "recent posts" type links that are up near the top right between the announcement banner and the forums, posts, thread, etc.. being viewed. They are light enough against the green background that they really blend in. Someone who didn't know that they were there to look for them might never even see them.

.... most of what I'm hearing is that there's too much white background,..it does bother me some, more fatiguing on the eyes,... did I see someplace where there was some fine black outlining on boxes, etc.? ...that made a nicer visual appearance too,...

Needs a darker background other than green,maybe a shade of blue.

One more minor complaint. On the profile page, there are links to find the postings and threads of the particular member whose profile you are viewing. Those links are the same color as the background so you cannot see them unless you hover over them with your cursor and impossible to see on mobile.

@Son of Hobbes My retinas are not smoldering any more but still a little bright for me at night when I am medicated. I have noticed when you hover over links that turn orange the text gets fuzzy. I may just be OCD but at first I thought my glasses had a smudge then too high then I figured it out - not me . How about putting an "Alerts" button on the bottom of the page. I always have to scroll back to the top when going through them to respond to the next page.

The only thing (apart from the black buttons) that I still have issues with is the fact that I think the 'Page Navigation' buttons are the wrong color.
I think they should all be green except the current page. The way it is currently, the current page is green and the rest are white. That is sooo damned annoying when you are on a 2-page thread. The 'Highlighted' one should be white and not green.
