New Grower Newbie question

Greetings to all. Can I grow successfully auto flowering bud on my balcony. It has a ceiling and a South opening and a West openig. Plenty of light but limited direct sun. I live in the desert so the spring & summer are quite warm.

What is the best temperature range for growing on my balcony? Not sure when to plant.

76F is the perfect temp but outdoors they will do fine from 65-85. Of course they will grow in 90+ but the perfect temp is 76 and between 40-60RH. Around 70RH for vegetative, below 60 for flowering.
