Hi,
Have been trying to grow my own for several years, fairly unsuccessfully because I can't keep my hands of the plants!
Have decided to switch to autos because I might just be able to control myself long enough to see a harvest!
I've got 4 plants under 600 watts of cfls, 300 watts are dual, will this be enough for a reasonable harvest or should I get a hps for the flowering period?
Growing space (80cm x 80cm x 160 cm) is restricted plus, as ever, budget.
Any tips would be great,

Welcome to AFN Jim....great friendly place for anything....Yes, we all know how hard it is to keep ya hands off ya plants but most of us have learned the hard way that growing patience along with ya weed is a good partner to have....anything ya need except handcuffs can be found here....
Lots of cfl'ers here...personally I start seedlings under T5HO and move to hps...you should be fine for awhile and ever throughout ya grow...get a few under ya belt before breaking out the bucks...GREEN karma sent!

Welcome Dopey! There is alot of good info and grow logs using cfl's in cfl sub-thread CFL, T5, LED, and Micro Growing. Also swing by the new growers form for all other info related to plant issues/ general cannabis knowledge.
