These are for flower, it doesn't have to be 26 watt, but that's generally the biggest commonly available in stores like home depot and walmart. Make sure they're 2700 spectrum (warm white) should appear yellowish rather than blueish light. I'd buy like a 6 pack, and several "pie plate" clip lights (usually $6-$10, ikea sells them cheap too, as well as home depot) that way you can move them around as needed.
