is there airflow that plant seems a touch stunted sorry

There is good air flow, the plant was stunted because i didn't start in good soil at the beginning, Also the lower branches aren't getting pistils whereas the top ones are? is this a result of it being stunted?

thats not the result of being stunted but sparse growth and most nl plants are a good 2ft tall seems to me they have had a rough time
or it could be a general poor plant and nothing to do with you

Yes, that looks better. With the extra soil your should be good for the rest of the grow.

Lost track of the days now but it's a few days over a month now, I've been moving it onto my windowsill when it's hot outside as it affects the grow room temps, is it ok to do this?

Most likely a pH issue. I noticed it before and questioned you about your pH back in post #34 but you never responded.
