Day 85 Update

Soooo close! The main fan leaves are all pretty much done, secondary leaves are turning now. Trichs seem just about perfect, loads of milky and some amber. Am about halfway through the cleanse, trying to take her another 5-7 days to clean her out. Just water and molasses. She'll go in the dark for the last 2-3 days. She's been running 24/0 since the start so will be interesting to see what happens, if anything.

Damn nomis, she just keeps getting better!! That girl is just busting with resin it looks like!!! That's going to be some world class smoke my man!! Also, being how she's been on 24/0 lighting, do you plan to put her in darkness at the end of her life or no??

Beautiful plant ... I think I'd cleanse w/o molasses ... and I'd vote for just the bloom switch the last 3 days instead of dark ... I have no idea if that's a good idea or not ... she's BOM material that's for sure ...

Is the idea to simulate the autumn or something Chester? I chatted up the breeder who approved of 2-3 days of darkness, so will go that route this time. But my next grow will be 2-3 plants, so can give that a try along with some ice water baths flushing at the end :P

The idea is to get the plants to produce more trichs! The plants see the total darkness as an attack, therefore they produce more trichs to protect themselves from that "attack"! Also, I'm with chester. I would stop the molasses as it can lead to a bit of a harsh taste in the dried flowers. Just use plain ph'd water. Also, its best to let your soil dry out as much as possible before you chop em! Hope it all works out for you! :Sharing One:
