Thinking should I brine this turkey or not,the wife was breaking my balls about doing it,now she’s in the fence because I did brine one before few years back and she didn’t like it lol

I’m a butcher so I just used a brine kit from the shop I work at,stick an apple and carrot up the ass and it will be a juicy bird
