New Grower Nutrient question

So im on day 21 and I fed my girls there first veg nutes today, I was using ffof so I waited a bit before I fed them, my question is how often should I feed them, every watering or every other watering. I usually water around 5-7 days depending on the soil.

There is no right or wrong answer to this question. Different nutrients companies will recommend different schedules, and different plants have different needs. I use organic nutes in low concentrations, so I generally feed with most waterings. Some growers who use synthetic nutes will alternate food and water to slow down salt build up. In the end, the answer is you feed as often as the plant needs it, and err on the side of less food if you're not sure. It's much easier to give a little extra to an underfed plant than trying to help a nutrient burned plant recover. What nutrients are you using? You may be able to use someone else's schedule as a starting point.

Schedule recommends twice a week, so if you're getting 5-7 days between feedings, you may want to feed the recommended weekly volume all at once...

I assume you are feeding 1/4 or 1/2 concentration of the recommended.

Ok im going all organic and i started at 1\4 the dose to start. For my veg nutes im useing fish fert 5-1-1 mexican bat guano, mollasses,superthrive. I am nly Useing superthrive twice in the plants life
