Hello,

Old grower started outdoor in 94' I've had a few years here and there where I wasn't growing. Moved indoors in 2008. Really never paid much attention to Autos as last I remember they were very low potency. Recently I started watching some of the Auto Grows on ig which peaked my interest. I'm also in a situation where my grow space is limited to a 36"x26"x37" cabinet I made from a Toys R Us display (I'll post specs below), So I find myself in a situation where Autos could really be a benefit Currently I've got one BOG Sour Strawberry girl @ the end of week 3 going. I'm planning on starting some Mephisto Genetics Strawberry Nuggets for a comparison to the BOG Sour Strawberry I'm currently running and a couple of 3 Bears OG in a couple of weeks.

My Grow Box
36"Lx26"Dx37"H

Lights: 2 Quantum Board 288 V2 Running @ Approx 100w each (considering adding a 3rd)
Air Flow and Stank Control: 4" 200 CFM inline fan turned down to about 175 CFM and a 4" carbon filter, intake is passive and filtered.

Welcome, your space is similar to mine, but mine is a few inches taller. I get 4 lst and topped girls in there in 5 litre /1 gal pots.

Hey @RosHi and welcome to AFN, sounds like a nice little set you have goin there. Looking forward to seen your Toys R Us convert, we have seen some converts on AFN but never a bit of kit from Toys R Us, thats new one for AFN.

Hows the auto grow doing? A bit of a learning curve from photo to auto I made the same change myself and my biggest problem at first was overfeeding my autos. They are way more nutrient sensitive than the photos. Also my soil mix had to change for less nitrogen since the veg. Cycle is so short there was to much during flower. My best move was going to coco coir. I can read the plant and give her what she's telling me she wants and I havent had one deficiency or problem with coco yet. Other than some aphids. Autos and coco coir are meant to be together in my opinion. Faster growth, bigger root systems, ability to tailor nutrients to the plants needs, oh and you can reuse the coco coir as well. And the nutes go a long way since a 1/4 or half recommended dose is what they need. Id challenge anyone whos a soil grower to try just one plant in coco and see if they dont ditch the soil and go all coco.

I've been finishing off a Bogseeds sour strawberry, should be finishing up this weekend about 80% cloudy. I popped strawberry nuggets, 3 bears og and bluetoof special. been having a PIA with 3 bears og germ. thats actually the one I was most interested in. 1 out of 3 germ, the other 2 were 1/1 and popped in less than 24 hours. no worries though. I've been using coco (cut with chunky perlite and lava rock) and rockwool (I like them both) since I moved indoors. I like an airy faster draining mix. I recently tried Vegamatrix nutes really liking them. I previously I was using AN conni and some additives.

I did some small business saturday shopping and picked up some size [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] airpots, and the wife gave me the ok to start another growbox project this time with a $99 Husky tool cab. I figure what the hell people grow in PC cases.I'll get a journal up this weekend.

Hey man I'm new too but welcome! I'm also starting with Auto's from Mephisto I've got 3 Sour Livers (Sour Crack x The Livers) from my research you chose the best genetics for autos! I'll have a grow journal soon add me to yours as well I am thinking of getting some strawberry nuggets too!
