Ahoy everyone

I was blessed with 2 Russian Dragon seeds that was passed on to me buy a tester. So needless to say, I'm very stoked.

But my happiness was short lived when I saw that only 1 of the seeds made it. I used my fool proof germing method but unfortunately nature decided that the 1 seed should not be. But I'm staying positive on this one. Cause both could've decided not to germ.

Anyway, back to the grow.

I am using a 20L pot for the grow and as always Organic is my choice of grow.

My soil mix consists of the following:

Coco Coir
Perlite
Organic Compost
Lime
Bonemeal
And some micorizza (spelling).

I will be using seagro, kelp and guano as feeds. I always like to use 2 or 3 different feeds so that the plants don't get "bored" with the same feed day in and day out. The seedling is about a week old at this stage. Maybe a bit older, just havr to go and check the calendar again.

From what I heard, this is an regular auto strain, so holding thumbs for a female. I will post pics as soon as the seedling has grown a bit more or if any problems should arise before hand. Untill then........

Blessings

Nothing like growing in the good old outdoors

Couldn't agree more Jayp.

BUT......

If you have a 14 meter high acorn tree standing in the neighbors yard hat takes 3 hours of sun away every day its crap. But we are sorting that out soon soon. And the worst part is that the tree is sick. And now all my vegetable plants are showing signs of being sickish. I'm keeping a close eye on my ladies to see if anything goes wrong.

Nothing dramatic has happened so far. The 2nd set of leafs has come out and it looks good. I felt the stem of RD and its quite firm for the small size. And with our heat here its welcomed. I also placed a 40% shade cloth enclosure over it just to help with the harsh sun. I'm taking it off as soon as I think its strong enough for the full sun.

Will do a test this coming weekend.

Hey there Everyone.

Its been a while since my last post. Unfortunately , not a lot has happened. The RD is growing a bit slow. Up until the 2nd set of leafs its looks like it has stretched a bit. But from the 3rd set of leafs things are looking more compact. I pulled the plant doen so that it " starts " growing from the 3rd set. The leafs are looking awesome and they are nice and green.

As I mentioned before I was taking the plant outdoors to do an outdoor auto grow. The RD seems to enjoy the outdoors VERY much.

Photos will follow soon.
