Grow Room Pc fan question/ easy 3 socket cleat holder?

i have both a 80mm/120mm high static pressure noctura fan. I also have a 80/120mm adapter that works in both ways.

If I run the 120mm fan, with a scrubber going through the 80mm hole, would the fan work the same as a 80mm fan, or force it to pull more pressure and work more effectively? And vice versa?

Also, I have 3 light cleats I’m trying to rig up for my 1’x1’ tent. Any quick ideas how to mount them?
