Tea is not in the slightest bit thick.
It looks like actual tea.
Good to know. I may end up having to go that route as well then.

I was editing my post as you were quoting it, so you missed a part.Good to know. I may end up having to go that route as well then.
Thanks RG!
Roots growing too well is a much better problem to have than Rotting ones!
I have had a little bit of problems with roots growing into the recirculating piping too, although the way my system is set up it usually isnt too big an issue. In my setup the water from the control rez is pumped into the buckets at the bottom and reflows back to the control up higher. The positive flow in the bottom pipe keeps it clear of roots and since the return is at the surface of the water it is less likely to get roots growing into it. I have had a bit of roots float their way into the return piping but not enough to plug it up. Also it keeps a constant level in the buckets all the time and only the control rez drops in level as the plants drink.
I replied to your thread, but yes it is essential. I used it on it's own as well until I could get all the ingredients purchased, and noticed a huge difference as well, but had to use too much and I think with the tea it all comes together to provide much greater benefit.
And no, it's not thick, but I'm wondering about the micron size of the tea components in relation to your sprayers/misters?
If you know, you can filter it but not beyond 400 microns according to the information.
Yeah, I run my pump in a filter bag, but it’s not *too* small. We’ll see. I may go for one of the products that are more similar to hydroguard if I can find some place where they aren’t too expensive. I’ve already got a lot of different things going on, so brewing tea as well might be too much.
